Efficient Pharmacy Solutions is under the leadership of Wayne M. Caverly, an industry professional with more than 25-years experience in pharmacy automation, design, and re-engineering North American community / outpatient pharmacies.
Mr. Caverly has been on the forefront of pharmacy automation and design since 1984, originally as sole proprietor of AutoPharm and its pharmacy design division Solutions by DesignTM. Prior to forming Efficient Pharmacy Solutions, Mr. Caverly held numerous senior management roles with Fortune-16 McKesson Corporation including more than six-years as President of McKesson APS Canada.
A member of The Retail Design Institute and a supporting member of several pharmacy associations - including the Canadian Pharmacists' Association, American Pharmaceutical Association and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists - Mr. Caverly is a published author with more than 40 articles on automation & design issues to his credit as well as an internationally recognized speaker, having presented seminars to groups including NACDS, CACDS, CPhA, APhA, ASHP and many State and Provincial pharmacy associations.
